Account Servicing Officer (Banking - Securities); 5 day (HK$13-17K x 13m; Central)

Our client is a famous Banking Group in HK. They are seeking a high caliber Marketing Manager to join their team:

Responsibilities

  1. Handle customers’ enquiries via hotline, walk-in, emails and letters on securities account related matters
  2. Handle the operations and maintenance of trading accounts
  3. Conduct regular customer review and customer due diligence in related to regulatory requirements
  4. Provide administration support and handle any ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

  1. University graduate or Higher Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline
  2. Minimum of 1 year’s working experience in the securities or banking industries
  3. Knowledge in securities industry with understanding of relevant practice, rules and regulations in SEHK and SFC preferred
  4. Having passed the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination or Hong Kong Securities Institute Licencing Examinations is an advantage
  5. Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  6. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua a plus
  7. Good knowledge of MS Office
