Responsibilities:

1. Administer and maintaining the Application Systems (e.g. Tagetik, HFM)
2. Evaluate the new requirements and implementing into the systems
3. Support all users and provide appropriate training, where applicable in the group subsidiary companies
4. Monitor systems security and grant access right for end-users
5. Manage all documentation in compliance with Audit requirements
6. Occasion Travel is required 

Requirements:

1. Degree holder in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines
2. 5 years working experience with at least 3 years of administration role of Accounting Systems
3. Hands-on working experience in project and system administration
4. Good command of English, Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is desirable.
5. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills
7. Proactive and able to work under pressure in meeting time schedules
