Our client is a local property developer who is seeking a high caliber person to fill the Accounting Officer position:

HK$25K-HK$28K Entry Accounting, Administration / Secretarial, Finance, Property / Real Estate Apply Now

Responsibilities:

Handle full set of accounts
Conduct reconciliation (bank accounts, AP/AR)
Prepare monthly variance reports for profit and loss and balance sheet items
Assist in budget preparation, monthly financial analyses and reports
Assist ad-hoc assignment as required

Requirements:

Degree in Accounting or related background
Member or Finalist of HKICPA / ACCA / AAT
2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting field
Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
Self-motivated, friendly, eager to learn
Proficiency in MS Office, Knowledge in SUN accounting system is an advantage
