Responsibilities

• Support Marketing Manager to formulate product strategies on loan-on-card to build market awareness and market share
• Support the planning, development and implementation of marketing programs to achieve business target
• Closely track the program performance and expense of marketing programs
• Ensure customer satisfaction level through a more customer focused approach in marketing and customer service
• Coordinate and support the production of marketing materials and collaterals
• Responsible for program logistics, execution, liaison with internal and external parties
• Perform post program evaluations for reference to future programs
• Ensure the operation and compliance guidelines have been strictly followed

Requirements

• University graduated
• Preferable over 3 years’ solid marketing experience in credit card business
• Creative and business minded with excellent marketing skills
• Acquired project management and financial analytical skills
• Independent, highly organized and self-initiated
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
