Finance Manager - Fund Accounting (5 Day Work; HK$40K - HK$50K, negotiable);Central, Asset Management

Our Client is an established Asset Management Company in Hong Kong, they are looking for an Fund Accountant to join their team:  

HK$40K - HK$50K Senior Level Accounting, Administration / Secretarial, Finance, Management, Others Apply Now

Responsibilities:

  • Support senior management in managing day to day operations, including compliance  and regulatory matters;
  • Handle full set of financial, management and statutory accounts 
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual management reports and financial analysis including budgets, forecasts, and reconciliations
  • Responsible for administrative and fund operations matters;
    • Responsible for compliance and regulatory matters of the company and report submission to the SFC
    • Daily fund accounting and preparation of FRR report for submission to SFC
    • Assist the legal and compliance team in updating KYC document for client accounts
  • Develop accounting procedures and financial controls for the business.
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Finance or Accounting field with ACCA or HKICPA membership or equivalent
  • 5 years of solid professional experience and knowledge in financial and fund accounting 
  • Well organized, strong analytical skills, flexible as well as a good team player
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Good communications, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Willing to work in a small team. 
  • Previous experience in asset management firm would be an advantage but not necessary
