Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage finance and accounting function in Global Offices (HK, Taiwan, Shanghai and Moscow)
2. Coordinate local bookkeepers and tax filing agents, handle funds raising activities
3. Drive and monitor all cash flow planning, treasury, banking and fundraising activities for the group
4. Ensure compliance in legal, corporate governance and regulatory requirements for all subsidiaries
5. Prepare monthly financial analysis and consolidated management reports for the Board of Directors
6. Draft relevant finance sections of the annual and interim reports
7. Provide consolidated financial statements at group level
8. Negotiate loan terms with banks in HK for all types of financing

Candidate Requirements: 

1. Degree holder in Accounting/Finance/Business with CPA qualification
2. At least 10 years' relevant work experience at MNCs or startups 
3. Knowledgeable in Hong Kong accounting standards and listing rules
4. Comfortable with small office environment with hands-on duties
5. Strong financial and accounting analysis skills
6. Adaptable, independent, good leadership and critical thinking
7. Able to travel occasionally 
8. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
