Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be responsible for the group’s financial matters and its subsidiaries.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare financial statements and management reports
• Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements, interim and annual reports
• Hands on experiences in handling statutory financial reporting
• Prepare monthly financial projection and perform budget analysis
• Familiar with Hong Kong financial reporting requirements as well as listing rules and Hong Kong accounting standards
• Design and roll-out financial reporting packages to subsidiaries
• Conduct financial analysis and evaluation on business performance
• Liaise with auditors, bankers and external professional in relation to finance matters
• Assist in ad-hoc issues as assigned

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant with Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting or above
• A minimum of 6-12 years financial reporting and operations experience in both big 4 and /or listed companies
• Excellent understanding of HK Listing rules and procedures
• Extensive experience in group consolidation in particular in relation to accounting treatment in investments resulting from acquisitions and disposals is a must
• Self-initiative with good interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written in English and Mandarin
