Position Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the internal audit function on business and operations in Hong Kong and China.
• Identify weaknesses and develop recommendations for improvements
• Prepare internal audit reports and perform follow-up and monitoring works to ensure proper implementation of recommendations
• Report and communicate audit findings, observations and risks arising from business operations to the process owners and management teams effectively.
• Proactively follow-up, track and close out all identified audit findings.

Position Requirements

• University graduate in Finance, Accounting or related discipline with professional qualifications in HKICPA, CIA or CISA
• 10 years internal audit experience with 5 years in managerial level
• Strong report writing skills and ability to communicate with top management
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills; ability to build rapport with senior stakeholders
• In-depth knowledge of accounting, audit and regulatory requirements in a sizeable organization
• Good analytical, communication and report writing skills
• Self-motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
