Responsibilities

• Responsible for formulating sales business strategies on retail deposit, unsecured loan, mortgage business to optimize profitability
• Formulate and implement effective management policies to improve the efficiency and quality of work
• Manage the direct sales team to achieve the bank sales targets
• Set the sales targets for different sales teams and design effective incentive scheme so as to motivate the sales teams to achieve the targets
• Ensure all sales activities are compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures, as well as those regulations stipulated by the regulatory bodies
• Proactively liaise with related parties to develop all acquisition, usage and retention programs
• Organize the product/sales technique training programs and supporting services to the frontier sales staff for effective selling

Requirements:

• Degree holder in any discipline
• 8 - 10 years relevant sales experience with at least 4 years in team management in banking
• Familiar with retail deposit, unsecured loan and mortgage business and related statutory regulations
• Aggressive, sales-oriented, excellent market sense and responsive to the market changes
• Highly organized, independent with strong initiatives and strategic skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Must be willing to station in Macau
