Responsible Officer (Type 1,4,9) - Top Management (5 Day, Central, Salary negotiable!)

Our client is a HK based asset management group who is seeking a high caliber person to fill the Responsible Officer position:

Responsibilities:

  • Act as Responsible Officer to supervise SFC regulated activities in Type 1, 4 & 9 regulated activities
  • Lead the investment team in providing professional timely wealth management advisory services (Equity) to high-net-worth clients in HK & PRC
  • Advise new or existing fund products according to clients' needs and requirements 
  • Develop the business strategic plans and goals in driving sales
  • Perform client-centered portfolio review 
  • Ensure all regulatory & reporting requirements are fulfilled in a timely and compliant manner with local regulatory bodies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting or above
  • Must be registered as SFC Responsible Officer of type 1, 4 & 9 
  • At least 10 years in managing high-net-worth personal clients' investment portfolio from MNC/ foreign asset management/ securities firm 
  • Solid knowledge of investment products, especially equities and bonds!
  • Self-driven, stable, proactive, good interpersonal skills, fast learner, team player, independent, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent command of both Cantonese and Mandarin
