Responsibilities  

• Mainly responsible for the legal compliance of oil trading company which trades physical oil and derivatives (both OTC and on exchanges)
• Perform duties relates to control of credit risk, operational risk and legal risk
• Perform financial analysis of company, monitor credit exposure and credit risk
• Manage credit documents & prepare counterparty applications;
• Assist in ad hoc project when required

Requirements

• Degree Holder in risk control/risk management/mathematics/statistics/accounting is preferred
• CFA/FRM holder/candidate is an advantage
• 1 year related working experience (Strong academic fresh graduates can be considered)
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Friendly, Stable, well organized, detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English & Chinese Word Processing
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
• Basic understanding of contract law would be an advantage
• Immediately available is an advantage
