Responsibilities:

• Evaluate potential and existing investment opportunities in real estate development projects in APAC area by financial modelling analysis and feasibility studies
• Construct company's financial income, balance and budget forecast for revenue and expenses
• Work with business development teams and other departments to review financials and assumptions information to support project analysis
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of secured projects and reforecast finacial models for periodic budgeting exercises
• Conduct internal property valuations

Requirements:

• University degree in Accounting or related disciplines
• Must be a Qualified CPA with solid financial modelling experience!
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Big 4 or the real estate companies
• Good numerical sense, exceptional analytical capabilities, detail-oriented and responsible
• Effective communication with good command of spoken and written English and fluent Mandarin
• Multitasking and able to work under pressure and in a proactive manner
