Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts duties, group financial reporting and month end closing
• Prepare consolidated schedules and financial statement deliverables
• Support on system implementation and procedures improvement.
• Conduct internal controls & procedure for internal departments
• Consolidate monthly financial performance analysis, P&L and management reports
• Liaise with external auditors and bankers for interim and annual audit matters
• Review all cheques, bank drafts and TT payments are properly prepare and approved  
• Ensure reconciliations for bank, inter-company movements and other major balance sheet items are prepared on a timely basis (review sub-ordinate’s journal) 
• Participate in preparation of monthly and weekly report and forecast for senior management’s review 

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or Finance or related discipline 
• 5 years of relevant experience preferably from FMCG, Retail etc. 
• Strong analytical, with detail-minded and problem solving skills in a fast pace environment
• Sound communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
