Job Duties:

1. Oversee the operations of the department;
2. Monitor and control related risk ratios;
3. Give comment and provide solutions to ALCO in developing Treasury’s strategy;
4. Identify challenges of the department and conclude appropriate reactions;
5. Collaborate with team members in response to ad-hoc tasks. 

 Requirements:

1. University graduate or above, preferably major in Economics, Finance, Business or related disciplines
2. Professional qualifications: ACI, CFA, FRM is preferred
3. 5 years’ experience in banking sector cover Treasury markets
4. At least 3 years in supervisory level on Treasury operations
5. Sounds good knowledge in treasury products, interbank market transactions and regulatory requirements
6. Good understanding on managing bank risks
7. Can work independently and self-motivated
8. A team player with good communication skills and risk awareness
9. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable
