Assistant Company Secretarial Manager; Listed Company HK$32K-HK$35K; 5 Day

Our client is a listed company in Hong Kong. They are looking for a Assistant Company Secretarial Manager to join their growing team: 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of company secretarial duties to the Group of companies 
  • Assist in preparing the Interim and Annual results announcement and also the Interim and Annual Report according to the requirements of the Listing Rules;
  • Organize board meetings and committee meetings, prepare board minutes and resolutions, statutory filings and maintaining proper statutory records;
  • Handle compliance issues in order to meet the standard on corporate governance and other statutory and regulatory requirements;
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties, including solicitors and regulatory bodies;
  • Carry out ad-hoc assignments as required;

Requirements:

  • Degree holder
  • Member of ICSA/HKICS (HKCGI)
  • 4-5 years of company secretarial experiences from listed companies or professional firm
  • Good knowledge in Companies Ordinance and practical knowledge in Hong Kong listing rules and requirements is an advantage;
  • Initiative, Independent and able to work under pressure;
  • Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Highly proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and both Cantonese & Putonghua
