Assistant HR Manager (Luxury Retail; HK$35K-$40K; 5 Day)

Our client is a luxury retail group in HK, they are now looking for a HRBP to join their team:


  • Act as business partner to provide HR solutions to business units on people related matters, like talent acquisition and retention, change management, etc.
  • Provide professional HR account services to designated Business Units / Corporate Units, including recruitment, staff retention, salary benchmarking, disciplinary and performance management.
  • Working closely with the department for hiring needs, conducting regular analysis reports, probation, and planning
  • Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Provide administrative support or projects to the HRBP team as needed
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedure


  • University degree in HRM or related discipline 
  • 5 years’ HRBP and/or TA experience, exposure from sizable organizations and retail recruiment 
  • Able to develop positive working relationships with different parties within the organization
  • Outgoing, self-initiated, good team player, flexible mindset and dynamic to derive HR solutions to suit the needs of staff at different levels
  • Excellent communication, influencing and analytical skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
