Responsibilities:

Provide quality customer service to both local and overseas client
Handle customer enquiries and complains
Perform shipment tracing
Investigate and settle disputes

Requirment

1 year customer service experience preferably
Good command of both written and spoken English & Mandarin
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Customer-focus with good telephone manner
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Fresh Graduate are also welcomed!
