Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service in a Service Centre
• Handle customers' enquires and complaints
• Conduct survey and promote activities
• Prepare customer service related reports

Requirements:

• HKDSE/Higher Diploma or above
• 1 year or above relevant experience in customer service / sales / property / hotel / tourism field is more preferable
• Fresh Graduate Welcome to apply! 
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Proactive, Independent and able to work under pressure
• Good PC knowledge in MS office
• Immediate Available is an advantage
• Training will be provided!
