Executive Assistant to Chairman, (Business Matters); HK$40K-HK$50K; 5day; Central!Travel Required!

Our client is an Asset Management company who is seeking a high caliber person to fill the Executive Assistant (Business Matters) to Chairman position:


Job Duties:

  1. Provide secretarial support such as arranging Chairman's business issues and handle ad hoc assignments.
  2. Assist in business activities and meetings
  3. Responsible for organizing, scheduling and preparing presentation materials for meetings and business reports and answer incoming calls and general enquiries 
  4. Draft various correspondences when required
  5. Sort and review incoming mails/ emails/ correspondences and route them to relevant departments
  6. Coordinating and liaising with different internal departments and/or external business corporations.
  7. Handle and maintain confidential information and document management
  8. Travel is required! 


  1. Degree Holder or with Formal secretarial training
  2. At least 5 years relevant experience. 
  3. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  4. Familiar with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  5. Stable working history
  6. Excellent interpersonal, coordination and organization skills
  7. Cheerful, strong sense of responsibility, team player and well organized
  8. Willing to work overtime when required
  9. Able to adapt to fast-paced and ad-hoc working environment
  10. Travel is required!
