Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the finance team in daily operation and the IPO project, be the key point of contact with external parties such as sponsors, auditors, lawyers, internal controller reviewer etc.
2. Build, manage, monitor and enhance internal control system and procedure to ensure full compliance with corporate policies, listing regulations, and IFRS
3. Prepare financial and management reports, budgeting, treasury and financial analysis, and forecasts monthly and yearly
4. Liaise with external auditors for interim review and annual audit
5. Prepare supporting materials for the Audit Committee and Board Members
6. Actively support the CEO/Chairman in fulfilling the financial and accounting functions to facilitate short, medium, and long-term business objectives and company goals
7. Feasibility study on potential future projects
8. Ad hoc project as required

Requirements:

1. Degree educated; CPA or CFA qualification
2. A minimum of 10-15 years’ relevant experience in auditing, financial control, corporate finance and company secretarial functions in Hong Kong listed companies;Big 4 Background is preferable
3. Excellent knowledge of Hong Kong Listing rules
4. Possess superb analytical skills and abilities coupled with excellent interpersonal skills
5. Excellent communication skills with strong language ability in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
6. Excellent project, organizational & management skills, a self-starter, able to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines;
7. Immediate available is an advantage
