Our client is a private investment group with diversified businesses who is looking for a Household Manager to work at their home and look after the Household and Personal matters:

HK$40K-HK$50K x 13month Senior Administration / Secretarial, Human Resources Apply Now

Job Duties:

  1. Handle Chairman and his wife's personal and household matters and secretarial support
  2. Responsible for organizing, scheduling and  answer incoming calls and general enquiries
  3. Communication / co-ordination with domestic helper & company drivers
  4. Responsible for arranging the schedule of family members & children
  5. Responsible for managing the household’s calendar, travel plans and event arrangement. 
  6. Sort and review incoming mails/ emails/ correspondences 
  7. Handle flight tickets, hotel accommodation and visa arrangements


  1. Higher Diploma or above  years or more relevant experience handling personal and household matters 
  2. 4 years or more relevant experience handling personal and household matters 
  3. Good in speaking English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  4. Familiar with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  5. Stable working history
  6. Excellent interpersonal, coordination and organization skills
  7. Cheerful, strong sense of responsibility, team player and well organized
  8. Able to adapt to fast-paced and ad-hoc working environment
  9. Immediately available is highly preferred
