Responsibilities:

• Perform human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities including recruitment, manpower planning and employee relations to support company’s growth plans and business operation
• Develop overall company compensation & benefits strategies to attract and retain best talents in the market
• Identify effective recruitment channels and selection criteria to improve hiring efficiency
• Provide daily support to business units to ensure the business needs are properly and timely met
• Conduct market research and benchmark for updated market information and human resources best practices for human resources projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline
• At least 15 years of HR experience in global multi-national/ sizable organizations, exposure from retail/cosmetic/beauty industry will be an advantage
• Stable working history with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical, strategic, committed and with good problem-solving skills and business acumen
• Fluency in English, Mandarin & Cantonese is a must
• Dedicated, detail-minded, well-organized and fast paced.
