Responsibilities:

• Lead the Human resources and Administration Department to provide full spectrum of HR & Admin related services to all business units.
• Design, implement and streamline compensation & benefit strategies including pay system, come up with effective remuneration systems to drive performance and oversee people management in Hong Kong and Mainland China.
• Develop organization strategies by identifying HR issues, contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction in line with organizational objectives.
• Formulate strategies to cope with the company business objectives
• Keep abreast of the recent development of Human Resources and Administration practices, statutory requirements and make continuous improvements on HR&A functions
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required by management

Requirements:

• Degree Holder; preferably majoring in Human Resources; Business Administration or related discipline. 
• At least 10 years relevant experience in banking, finance or large investment companies.
• Strong business acumen, detailed oriented and strategic thinking mindset.
• Ability to lead and manage various strategic projects with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin.  
• Stable working history preferred.
• Self-motivated, Energetic, strong sense of responsibility
• Able to adapt to fast-paced and ad-hoc working environment
• Occasional Travel is required!
