Human Resources Manager (Large Conglomerate; 5day, HK$48K-HK$52K x 13month; Central)

Our client is a subsidiary of Large Conglomerate in Hong Kong. They are looking for a high caliber Human Resources Manager to join their team.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Provide full range of professional HR services including but not limited to manpower planning, rewards management, performance management, promotion, recruitment and staff relations;
  2. Formulate, review and implement policies and procedures in alignment with organization’s direction and legislation requirement;
  3. Manage the operations, including employment administration, payroll and fringe benefits administration and tax reporting;
  4. Propose and lead HR projects/programs (such as grading and pay structure review, performance management system review, etc.) to support business needs, and deliver briefing/training sessions for major programs independently;
  5. Organize office events and activities occasionally;
  6. Provide practical advice and solutions on HR issues;


  1. University degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
  2. 8 years of working experience in the human resources area, of which 2 years in managerial position with sizeable companies
  3. Well versed with prevailing trends of HR systems and HR practices;
  4. Sound knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislations;
  5. Well organized, meticulous and is good at multitasking;
  6. A team player with tactful interpersonal and leadership skills with a can-do attitude;
  7. High proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua;
  8. Proficient in MS Office applications.
