Human Resources Manager/Assistant Manager (Recruitment Focus) (5 Day; Banking,Central!)

Our client is a famous banking group located in Central. They are looking for an Human Resources Manager/Assistant Manager to add to their growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Recruitment and HR services
  • Fully Responsible for office recruitment, from sourcing, interviewing candidates to on-board arrangement.
  • Liaise with line managers to identify the hiring needs and selection criteria, plan and execute the recruitment strategies such as job fairs and partner with external placement units for hiring activities
  • Participate in and support staff relations activities and organizational culture programs
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for management review

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration preferred 
  • 3-8 years human resources experience in sizable companies preferably in banking or finance field 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, positive thinking, proactive, multiple tasking & able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office & Chinese word processing.
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Be able to communicate and work efficiently with different levels from senior management to junior staff;
