Our client is a famous Retail Banking Group. They are seeking high caliber professionals to join their team:

HK$11-17K X13 Months Middle Level Administration / Secretarial, Finance, Information Technology Apply Now

Responsibilities:

Provide level 1 support to resolve problems on internal systems
Monitor servers, operating systems, network configurations, software applications and hardware
Monitor system availability and performance tools
Assist in system documentation and reports preparation

Requirements:

HKCEE/HKDSE or above, with 5 subjects, including Chinese, English, and Mathematics at Level 2/Attained/Grade E or above
Willing to attend 24-hour shift duty
A minimum of 1 year's relevant experience in IT
Experience in MVS, UNIX and Windows is preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
