Office Manager (HK$30-38K x 13m) 5day, Admiralty (Listed Chinese Property Developer)

Our client is a listed Chinese Property Developer located in Admiralty, who is urgently seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their growing team.

Responsibilities  

  • Lead and supervise team members to ensure good motivation and team spirit
  • Fully responsible for all administrative functions including office environment management, vehicle and driver management, reception & daily office operations and renovation project follow up, etc.
  • Manage Human resources functions, develop, manage and implement appropriate HR strategies and action plans including recruitment, training in HK & PRC
  • Draft, implement and execute company policies & regulations
  • Responsible for assisting the Director in business and personal matters when required. 
  • Participate in business meetings and prepare business correspondence and presentation materials
  • Execute proper procedures to ensure human and office safety including formulation of safety/emergency policies and regulations, proper use of office equipment and facilities, etc.
  • Responsible for data analysis and reporting for improving departmental service productivity and effectiveness
  • Co-ordinate and communicate with user departments closely to ensure quality administrative services are provided
  • Supervise and manage the procurement of office supplies/printing matters and monitor the performance level of the suppliers and vendors
  • Plan and supervise the renovation works and projects of the office building and liaise with management office on rental issues

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Hospitality or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience gained from sizable organisations
  • Hands on experience in leading a team in providing day-to-day office administration and all-rounded HR services
  • Fluent in Spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) is a must
  • Cheerful, Stable, well organized, detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English & Chinese Word Processing
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills and problem solving skills
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
  • Immediately available preferred

Benefits: 13 month salary, Medical coverage, 5day.
