Personal Assistant to Chairman - (Personal Matters); 5 day; HK$25K (Retail Group)

Our client is a famous retail group who is seeking a high caliber person to fill the Personal Assistant to Chairman (Personal Matters) position:

 

Job Duties:

  1. Handle Chairman's personal and household matters and secretarial support
  2. Responsible for organizing, scheduling and preparing materials for meetings, reports; answer incoming calls and general enquiries for Chairman
  3. Communication / co-ordination with domestic helper & company drivers
  4. Responsible for arranging the schedule of family members & children
  5. Responsible for managing the household’s calendar, travel plans and event arrangement. 
  6. Sort and review incoming mails/ emails/ correspondences and route them to relevant departments
  7. Handle flight tickets, hotel accommodation and visa arrangements

Requirements:

  1. Higher Diploma or above/ or with Formal secretarial training
  2. At least 3 years relevant experience serving Senior Executives/family in sizable companies
  3. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  4. Familiar with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  5. Stable working history
  6. Excellent interpersonal, coordination and organization skills
  7. Cheerful, strong sense of responsibility, team player and well organized
  8. Able to adapt to fast-paced and ad-hoc working environment
  9. Immediately available is highly preferred
