As a Recruitment Researcher, your key duties are:

1. Provide admin support to Director
2. Make Candidate profiles when required
3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
4. Handle recruitment assignments for the junior positions 
5. Source, shortlist and interview best suited candidates for required roles
6. Manage the job offer process, handling compensation negotiations with clients and candidates
7. Provide career advisory services to candidates
8. Update/Post latest job vacancies in different channels
9. Keep abreast with market information, employment trends and industry knowledge
10. Work as part of a team to achieve team goals and objectives 

Requirements

1. University Graduate with strong language skills with passion and ambition in recruitment industry
2. Fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin; both written and spoken
3. Possess passion, enthusiasm and ambition to the recruitment industry
4. Must be result driven, positive, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
5. Must possess excellent client services and negotiation skills
6. Strong computer skills in Word and Excel
7. Immediate Available is an advantage
