Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with department heads to address their manpower needs, recommend effective organizational structure and recruitment support to meet business objectives
2. Provide professional HR services including but not limited to manpower planning, annual budget, talent acquisition, performance management and employee relations etc.
3. Handle end-to-end recruitment process for corporate/ back-office positions
4. Source and place the right person at the right position to address business needs; adopt professional interview, offering process and on-boarding arrangement
5. Keep update on pay trends of key competitors for effective talent attraction and retention
6. Perform other ad-hoc assignments, support employee relations activities and corporate events

Requirement:

1. Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
2. Minimum 6 years of experience in recruitment, with Retail/ F&B industry is highly preferred
3. Solid experience in handling recruitment for corporate positions is a MUST
4. Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinances and relevant regulations
5. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PPT & Chinese Word Processing
6. Good command in English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
7. Mature, independent, positive and flexible with strong team spirits
8. Immediate available is highly preferred
