Senior Marketing Administrator (HK$22K-$25K; Asset Management; Causeway Bay; IANG Welcome)

Our client is an asset management company in HK, they are currently looking for a Marketing Administrator to join their growing team.

HK$22K-$25K Middle Administration / Secretarial, Marketing / Public Relations Apply Now

Role Responsibility:

  1.     Provide full spectrum of pre- and post- sales support to sales team
  2.     Prepare marketing material and sales deck, including but not limited to PowerPoint Presentation, to facilitate sales process
  3.     Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure a smooth sales process
  4.     Conduct product research and market intelligence
  5.     Manage product library for product & marketing team
  6.     Follow up ad-hoc projects as assigned by department head

Role Requirements:

  1.     Degree holder with at least 3 years of experience
  2.     Good team player with sound interpersonal skill and attentive to details
  3.     Excellent attention to details, proactive with a positive can-do attitude
  4.     Good command of English and Mandarin
  5.     Proficient in MS Office, well-versed in developing PowerPoint presentation is a plus
  6.     Working in public holiday or overtime may be needed in case of events
