Training Manager (Retail Banking); 5day; (Branch Operations)

Our client is a famous banking group in Hong Kong. They are looking for a Training Manager to add to their growing team.



  1. Design, develop, coordinate and deliver training solutions on branch operations, financial services, branch operational risk management and control
  2. Assess training needs and evaluate effectiveness of training solutions
  3. Assist in managing the Bank's trainee programmes and other training-related projects
  4. Coordinate with external consultants on the design and delivery of language courses and other training solutions


  1. University graduate in Business, Human Resources, Economics, Finance or related discipline
  2. Minimum of 4 years' relevant training or banking experience
  3. Experience in Retail/Commercial/Corporate Banking is an advantage
  4. Able to master new knowledge, concepts and ideas quickly and facilitate knowledge sharing 
  5. Good interpersonal, presentation, analytical, problem solving skills and able to work under pressure
  6. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable
