Responsibilities:

  1. Provide customer service and care in shopping mall
  2. Handle customers' enquires and complaints
  3. Conduct survey and promote shopping mall activities
  4. Build and maintain good relationships with high quality customers
  5. Prepare customer service related reports

Requirements:

  1. Higher Diploma or above  
  2. Strong language skill is an advantage
  3. Experience in customer service / sales /telecom/ property / hotel / tourism field is an advantage
  4. Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  5. Proactive, Independent and able to work under pressure
  6. Good PC knowledge in MS office
  7. Immediate Available is an advantage
