Assistant Manager – Property Development; 5 day, (HK$35K-$40K)

Our client is a listed conglomerate. They are looking for a high caliber Assistant Manager – Property Development to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively identify and explore new investment opportunities in Hong Kong
  2. Conduct in depth property market research, to analyze the economic driving factors, provide insights and recommendation to facilitate decision marking
  3. Monitor property market and investment trends of Hong Kong
  4. Carry out feasibility analysis and studies, prepare investment reports and presentation for management review and approval
  5. Flexibly liaise with consultants and concerned parties for land matters planning

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor in Real Estate, Surveying or relevant discipline
  2. Professional qualification such as HKIS/ RICS / CFA is a definite advantage
  3. Minimum of 6 years’ of relevant experience within property developer or property consultants industry
  4. Strategic thinking and analytical mind, strong communication and presentation skills
  5. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is a must
  6. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
