Responsibilities:

• Produce creative conceptualization interior design drawings for HK & Overseas interior design projects, including layouts, elevations and 3D-renders according to the company’s quality standard
• Co-ordinate with the appointed contractors, design and other relevant consultants to accomplish the works in practical execution
• Work closely with other team members to produce concept, detailed and tender packages
• Liaise with Retail team and Project team to collect business and project requirements
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Degree Holder in Interior Design or related disciplines
• 4 years' relevant working experience in creative design (preferably in luxury retail/retail/FMCG industry
• Design Consultancy firm experience will also be considered
• Must be a creative thinker with innovative ideas.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, PowerPoint, 3D-Max and Microsoft Project
• Strong in interior design documentation, budgets control, project administration, handling construction drawings, and design detailing
• Able to handle project independently and deliver project from design concept to completion
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Occasional business trips is required
• Immediate available is highly preferred
