Responsibilities:

1. Work with related internal & external parties to create design of window and in-store display and accomplish the works in practical execution
2. Plan and manage visual display presentation from concept development to visual execution for retail stores
3. Assist Creative
4. Participate and collaborate in concept development and design idea together with internal teams to help define the overall creative strategy
5. Generate creative ideas, concepts and design for company's branding project focusing on brand image revamp to deliver the brand image effectively across all shops
6. Manager in all aspects of creative execution, from initial concepts through production phase that validate design decisions through research, customer data, trends and best practices
7. Design and maintain brand, photography and campaign style guides
8. Communicate and work closely with creative partners, agencies, photographers and printers as needed for completion of assigned projects

Requirements:

1. 5 years of working experience in creative design industry, International luxury brand and retail business experience is a plus
2. Bachelor’s degree in design, visual communication, multimedia design or a related course of study
3. Mastery of the industry standard tools – Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel and Word
4. Strong layout and typographic skills with a honed eye for photo direction
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Experience in directing photo shoots and retouch is a must
7. Highly motivated with an insatiable intellectual curiosity
8. Creative, artistic, and passionate about art & design, luxury design standard, preferably possess international experience
9. Proficiency in spoken & written English and Cantonese
