Responsibility:

• Produce Web UI/UX design & social media creative content design in various multimedia formats 
• Participate in internal digital idea brainstorming sessions and propose innovative design strategies
• Lead and motivate a team of designers with passion and effective managerial skills
• Communicate with clients delivering convincing presentation and pitch
• Learn and be familiarised with all social media trends and new digital technologies 

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of solid experience in advertising / graphic design / Web Design
• Knowledge in digital interactive design tools are highly preferred
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Self-motivated, independent, innovative and able to work under tight schedule and meet deadline
• Good communication skills in both Chinese and English
