Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Investor Relations & Corporate Communications functions
• Organize and formulate investment presentation and conduct investor meetings, road shows and conferences.
• Communicates with shareholders and/or the general financial community to develop and maintain positive relationships.
• Assist in preparing annual/interim reports; result announcement and CSR activities 
• Identify ways for the company to improve, whether from a disclosure, strategic, operational, or financial perspective.

Requirement:

• Degree holder in Finance, Business Administration, Communications or related discipline
• 3-5 years’ related experience in listed companies 
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Initiative, analytical and detail-minded and capable of meeting tight schedules and working under pressure
• Excellent command of both written English and Chinese
