Responsibilities  

• Responsible for supporting Relationship Managers in providing operational, administrative and marketing services to clients
• Serve and deliver high quality client service to Private Banking clients.
• Provide professional advice and solutions on various financial products
• Conduct regular review and analysis on customers’ portfolios

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in business, finance, related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in retail/private banking.  
• Qualified individual to carry out regulated activities in insurance and investment
• Sound knowledge of wealth management products and good knowledge of banking procedures
• Proven customer service, communications, sales, mathematical, analytical, organizational, and planning skills
• Cheerful, self-initiative, stable and customer-oriented;
• A team player with strong presentation and communication skills.
• Result-oriented, enthusiastic, systematic with good communication skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
