Responsibilities:

• Sales Administration, including pre-assessment, applications & documents handling, client file maintenance, filing, case submission, financing platform, policy services etc
• Coordinate with underwriter, sales channels and actuary to assist in the cases
• Handle clients' inquiries and provide suitable insurance solutions
• Review KYC on HNW customers complying with regulatory requirement and company policy
• Maintain good records, generate status reports for management/team heads as needed
• Support tasks/initiatives assigned by the team heads of HNW Business & HNW Case Management from time to time

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Business or related disciplines;
• At least 5 years’ working experience in insurance industry (life and general), preferably in insurance broker business;
• Holder of IIQE 1,2,3
• Experience in managing claims settlement and legal claims preferred
• Understand AML and KYC compliance of brokerage business
• Good communication skills and pleasant manner
• Work independently, initiative and be flexible
• Good analytical skills and problem-solving ability;
• Ability to work independently and under pressure;
• Good command of both written/ spoken English and Chinese.
