Our Client is a subsidiary of a famous petroleum company in Hong Kong. They are looking for Contract Specialist - Risk Management to join their growing team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Review physical crude oil, OTC and broker Contracts from a legal prospective
Some drafting of contract language
Check deal details of physical crude oil, OTC and broker Contracts
Assist with research of business related laws and regulations, including market regulations, international sanctions and external compliance regulations.
Written translation from Chinese to English and English to Chinese

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

5+ years of work experience reviewing contracts preferably in commodities/crude oil trading industry
University Graduate
Understanding of contract law & English Law
Understanding or background in Risk Management would be an asset
Must be detail orientated
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Parent Company Guarantees, Letter of Indemnity, Assignment Agreements and ISDA Master Agreements would be an asset

Language skills: Fluent in English and Mandarin
