Responsibilities:

1. Prepare annual budget, rolling forecast and perform budgetary control
2. Hands-on with financial and operational analysis and KPI monitoring
3. Manage and ensure the month end closing are timely and accurately prepared
4. Perform regular and rolling management reports and provide strategic advice
5. Involve in the development and enhancements of group finance and internal control policies
6. Review existing policies and system and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency
7. Prepare the annual budgeting and perform budgetary control and analysis
8. Review shop feasibility report and provide professional advises to top management in financial perspective
9. Review tenancy agreement and license agreement and monitor the performance of agreed terms
10. Review cash flow analyses and funding arrangements and manage time deposit and loan administration
11. Liaise with auditors and tax representative for statutory accounts and tax filing

Requirements:

1. Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
2. Qualified member of ACCA or HKICPA
3. Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in sizeable organizations; experience in retail industry highly preferred 
4. Self-initiative, independent, able to work under mutli-tasking and meet tight deadlines
5. Strong project management skills, analytical mind and business acumen
6. Excellent presentation, interpersonal skills and supervisory skills
7. Good commend in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
