Treasury Manager (Property Developer-Listed Com; 5 day work; HK$50K-HK$60K,Negotiable)

Our client is a Listed Property Developer in HK & China. They are looking for a high caliber Treasury Manager to join their growing team:

 
HK$50K-HK$60K,Negotiable Senior Accounting, Finance Apply Now

Responsibilities: 

  1. Participate in financing activities not limited but including financing plans, evaluation of financial proposals, financial analysis, documentation negotiation and execution
  2. Develop and manage the company's relationship with financial institutions to support investment and financing projects
  3. Prepare cash flows projections and other treasury report for top management review
  4. Ensure compliance with relevant regulation and company policies
  5. Perform other treasury duties as assigned

Requirements: 

  1. Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
  2. At least 5 years of relevant work experience with hands-on experience in financing projects
  3. Strong relationship with banks and financial institutions 
  4. Understanding of treasury markets, products and operations is a definite asset
  5. Good communication skills and detail oriented
  6. Team player as well as able to work independently and able to meet tight deadlines
  7. Excellent command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese, written and spoken
