Senior Human Resources Manager, Recruitment/ Training & Development (Leading Property Developer) 5day, (HK$60K-HK$65K) 

Our client is a leading Property Developer. They are looking for a high caliber Senior Human Resources Manager to join their team.



Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle Recruitment and Training & development functions
  • Regular review and address the manpower needs, attract talents to fulfill business needs
  • Develop and formulate effective recruitment strategies, build and promote Employer Branding, identify effective recruitment channels and maintain good relationship with recruitment consultants
  • Work closely with business units and carry out training needs analysis to provide appropriate training solutions
  • Involve in various training & development projects to enrich employees’ ability to meet business challenges in the marketplace
  • Plan and design framework, processes, and tools to implement organization development initiatives
  • Lead and participate in ad-hoc HR projects as assigned


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor in Business Administration, HR Management or relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 8 years’ of recruitment and training & development experience, with exposure in PRC market is a MUST
  • Strong communication and interpersonal, influencing and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese & Putonghua)
  • Frequent travel to PRC is required
