Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of customer service to residents. 
• Create a warm and welcoming environment for residential community
• Maintain excellent rapport with residents, handling inquiries and complaints
• Be the go-to person for residents and co-ordinate with on-property operations team to resolving property management issues with professionalism and patience
• Assist in organising property events as well as executing social media marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Diploma or above
• A minimum of 2 years of professional working experience with extensive time in customer-facing setting
• Background in boutique hotel, serviced accommodation or co-working environments will be a plus
• Excellent command of both spoken and written Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a plus 
• Strong people skills - approachable, a good listener, and empathetic
• Experience in coordinating events will be a plus
• Flexibility in schedule - work hours will be shift-based between a morning shift and an evening shift
