HR Manager - HRIS Project (2-year contract renewable) (Famous Banking Group; 5day)

Our client is a famous Banking Group in HK. They are looking for a Senior HR Manager to join their growing team:

Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with various stakeholders on the implementation of HR projects and system initiatives, including gathering user requirements, functional analysis, user acceptance tests, documentation and post release maintenance
  2. Review existing HR processes and coordinate with IT Department and support vendors on quality maintenance and enhancements
  3. Drive HRIS initiatives and projects including operations review and process re-design
  4. Participate in ad hoc assignments

Requirements

  1. University graduate in Information Systems, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline
  2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management and HRIS support, of which at least 2 years at managerial level; exposure to banking sector an advantage
  3. Experience and knowledge of PeopleSoft is highly preferred
  4. A disciplined and sophisticated hybrid professional with knowledge on both project management and HR operations that involves multiple stakeholders
  5. Proactive, mature, organized and detail-oriented with ability to work independently and under pressure
  6. Good coordination, communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Proficiency in advanced usage of Microsoft Office and data query language
  8. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
