Job Duties:

1. Oversees the day-to-day operations and maintain high-quality image of the school
2. Hold responsibility for educational standard and curriculum design
3. Create an environment that fosters a culture of collaboration with all team members
4. Build relationships with parents and to ensure excellent communication between the school and the parent body, both individually and collectively 

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above preferably form a well-respected university
2. UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
3. National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH) or equivalent
4. At least 10 years of successful teaching experience in the Early Year sector
5. Experience in working in an international setting school is preferable
6. Experience in leading, developing or teaching based in early childhood curriculum
7. Loving kids, dynamic, with strong communication skill
