Senior Officer, Employee Relations (Conglomerate), 5 Day, ($28K + Generous Bonus)

Our client is a listed conglomerate. They are looking for a high caliber Senior Officer, Employee Relations to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with external vendors and NGOs to develop various HR programs & initiatives with focus on employee relations, staff engagement and volunteer services
  2. Participate in the development and implementation of CSR, staff recreation activities and campaigns to strengthen staff communication and motivation
  3. Assist in training design, delivery and initiate some games, activities and videos in between the program
  4. Source and coordinate external training and development programs, liaise with consultant, professional association on special training needs or projects
  5. Conduct evaluation regularly to ensure the effectiveness and contributions of staff engagement activities & training programs

Requirements:

  1. Degree holder in HR Management or relevant discipline
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Employee Relations, Staff Engagement or Learning & Development functions
  3. Solid experience in organizing staff activities and training delivery is highly desirable
  4. Strong influencing and communication skills with high proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
  5. Meticulous, well-organized and able to work independently
