Senior Training Manager - Talent Management (Banking; 5 Day; HK$1.1mil+/annum; 13month guarantee)

Our client is a famous banking group in Hong Kong. They are looking for a Senior Training Manager to add to their growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, coordinate and deliver training solutions on Leadership & Management 
  • Identify training talent gaps and needs of the Bank for future capacity building and adopt appropriate approach to rendering effective development
  • Manage leadership talent management projects for leadership development and succession planning
  • Manage the Bank's trainee programmes and other training-related projects
  • Building a strong talent pipeline and identify and implementation of the talent development framework and end-to-end processes, from talent identification, talent review, programmatic development interventions

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Business, Human Resources, Economics, Finance or related discipline
  • Minimum of 8 years' relevant training or banking experience
  • Able to master new knowledge, concepts and ideas quickly and facilitate knowledge sharing 
  • Creative, Energetic with strong presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills 
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable
