Responsibilities:

• Manage customer retention and loyalty (Customer Management Cycle)
• Use marketing analytics and intelligence to provide provide insightful and actionable suggestions to enhance customer experience
• Enhance and complete customer journey through digitalization
• Understand customer behavior through quantitative and qualitative research and analysis
• Work closely with other teams on Customer Journey mapping, loyalty program management, deriving gifting strategy to strengthen client retention and maximizing commercial opportunities
• Analyze business trends and consumer insights to initiate and implement CRM plans to support business needs

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Statistics or Information Technology or related discipline
• 6 years of relevant experience in market research and CRM field (in FMCG or Retail industry is definitely an asset)
• Independent, attentive to details, with positive working attitude
• Proactive, customer-oriented, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in written and spoken in English & Chinese
• Strong planning, organization and time management skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
